Fundraising Information
All fundraising profits will be applied toward the cost of the trip for the person who earned the profit. In the past, students have paid for their entire trip with fundraisers.
Accrued payments and fundraising profits automatically cover the monthly payments until the balance is below the total amount due. You do not need to specify when you want to use the available funds. Fundraisers do not necessarily align with specific payments; instead, they are made available to help cover the overall cost of the trip.
*** Never hand in money by placing it in a collection box or on a desk. Anything lost or stolen is not the responsibility of the high school, music department, or directors if it is not deposited properly at the high school.***

- Change is not accepted as a form of payment unless a partial dollar amount is necessary. (Change can be made at any public banking institution.)
- It is much easier for our coordination if your customers pay you or your family, and then you turn in one check made out to KHS Band for your order(s).
- Checks can be made out to KHS Band.
