Lessons
Only Monday lessons this week for checking graduation music!

Summer Rental
If you want to rent a school instrument, please bring in $50 on Monday. 

Graduation Rehearsal
Our full rehearsal will be Wednesday. You will need to leave flex at 9:40am. Bring a chair, stand, your instrument, your music (including your Blueprint book), a pencil, and your lock (you need to know your locker number and combination) across the loading dock and into the gym. 
We will rehearse with the seniors exiting (King Cotton) and entering (Pomp and Circumstance) the gym. After the seniors are dismissed, we will rehearse the rest of the music together. 
After rehearsal, we will collect locks and Blueprint Books. If you lost the lock slip that had your combination on it, you will need to fill out a new one. 
Once we are finished in the gym, you will be dismissed and will not need to come to your band class during 3A or 3B. (If you have another class during 3rd block, you still need to go to that)

Graduation
Call time for the ceremony will be 5:30pm. The parking lot will already be close to full by 5pm so plan accordingly! 
Attire is dressed up. This is along the lines of dress pants/collared dress shirt/dress shoes, a dress, a skirt/nice top, or something along those lines. You may wear any color. Absolutely no tennis shoes, shorts, sweatpants, jeans, crocs/flip flops/beach sandals, t-shirts, etc. 

After the ceremony, you will need to bring your chair and stand back to the band rooms. 
Percussion, everything must be brought back to the band rooms and put away for the summer. No one is to leave before this is finished! 

After the ceremony, if you have a school owned instrument, leave it in the new band room along with the other instruments by the outside door. These are being picked up by Heid on Thursday morning.

If you own your instrument, take it home with you. You will not need it Thursday.
