What are we doing on the trip?
On the trip, we will visit three Universal Studios parks (including the new Epic Universe attraction), Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios (including the new Star Wars Galaxy's Edge), and Disney Springs. We will also enjoy a day at Cocoa Beach with a beach BBQ lunch. We will participate in a Soundtrack Session, where students will perform music from Disney movies with a Disney artist, and cap the trip off with a parade down Main Street USA in front of Cinderella's Castle.
What about fundraising?
Don't let money be an issue! We have had many students pay for their entire trip with fundraising! If you are interested in traveling with us but may have financial barriers, please let us help you with fundraising!
Eighty percent of all profits go directly to the student’s travel account! More information is available here.
How do I pay?
There are 9 payments spread over the 13 months before departure. Payments are made on the BRT system, beginning on December 8th.

How does rooming work?
Students room in groups of 5 with the same gender. Chaperones have two per room. (Students may not pay the chaperone price to have two per room.) Everyone has the choice of who they room with.

- Read through the important information, including current itineraries, fundraising information, and payment policies.
- Click on the “Trip Commitment Forms” link and complete the steps listed on the page.
- Submit the deposit payment in your BRT account.
- Register by December 1, 2025, and submit your deposit by December 8th!
