What are we doing on the trip?
This trip includes: motor coach transportation, and 3 nights’ accommodations at the Pear Tree Inn Union Station with complimentary breakfasts; dinners at Tin Roof (with live music), Favazza’s on the Hill (nice Italian restaurant), and a buffet at Dave and Buster’s ($20 power card and 2 hours of unlimited gaming included); admission to the St. Louis Science Center and IMAX, the St. Louis Zoo, the National Blues Museum, the Gateway Arch (including tram ride to the top, documentary movie, and riverboat cruise), the St. Louis City Museum, and a performance of MJ The Musical at the Fabulous Fox Theatre.
What about fundraising?
Don't let money be an issue! We have had many students pay for their entire trip with fundraising! If you are interested in traveling with us but may have financial barriers, please let us help you with fundraising!
Eighty percent of all profits go directly to the student’s travel account! More information is available here.
How do I pay?
There are 4 payments spread over the 6 months prior to departure. Payments are made on the BRT system, beginning on December 5th.

How do I sign up?

- Read through the important information, including current itineraries, fundraising information, and payment policies.
- Click on the “Trip Commitment Forms” link and complete the steps listed on the page.
- Submit the deposit payment in your BRT account.
- Register by October 27, 2025, and submit your deposit by November 3rd!
